The pages of this site are free. What is not free is doing this for two hundred suppliers, every quarter, and noticing the one that lapsed.

### Who does this at volume

- **Anyone with a supplier list and a duty of care.** A
facilities manager, a contractor, a dealership group, a national retailer: the
obligation to check applies to every producer of waste, and it applies again at
every collection. 145,860 upper tier registrations exist; yours are a handful
of them, and they expire on different dates.
- **Compliance and audit.** An ISO 14001 audit or a client's
supply-chain questionnaire asks for evidence that carriers were checked. A
dated file beats a screenshot.
- **Selling to the trade.** 145,860 upper tier businesses, with
registration dates and postcode districts, is a segmentation nobody publishes
in usable form.

### What we can do on your list

- **Resolve a list.** Send registration numbers, business names
or company numbers; get back a CSV with tier, type, applicant type,
registration and expiry dates, postcode district, and the Companies House
number where we hold one (we hold it for 23 % of
registrations — the rest are sole traders and partnerships that have none).
- **Watch for expiry.** The one that actually saves you
something. Give us your carriers; we compare each collection against the last
and tell you what changed — expired, renewed, tier changed, gone from the
register.
- **Query it.** A JSON endpoint by registration number, to put
the check inside your own onboarding or purchase-order flow.

Priced case by case, because a one-off resolution of 300 numbers is not a
